Starting this spring, watermains and sewers will be replaced on Bronson Ave, between Arlington and Chamberlain Avenues. The work is expected to last until the fall. A public information session will be held on Thursday, February 28th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Glebe Community Centre (175 Third Avenue).
This work is a precursor to two other projects. The Bronson overpass at the 417 is expected to be replaced after this work is completed – while there is no precise timeline set, this is expected to happen within the next five years. This will be followed by a reconstruction of Bronson from the 417 to the canal.
These projects will be touched on during the public information session, although the focus will be the upcoming watermain and sewer work.
