The three-storey, 7-unit apartment building by 2B Developments received approval at the Committee of Adjustment on July 22nd for two minor variances to the site – to permit a lot size that was otherwise smaller than allowed (386.4 m2 vs. 450 m2), and an increased walkway width of 2.2 m (bylaw permits a max walkway width of 1.25 m).
We don’t know when demolition/construction will happen on this site. 2B would like to start this fall, although the site plan has yet to receive approval.
