GACA was one of 29 signatories to call for the inclusion of public toilets as essential public health infrastructure in Ottawa’s 2020-2021 budget considerations.
The GottaGo! organization is spearheading the initiative, which calls upon the City of Ottawa to provide safe, clean, and accessible public toilets in strategic locations where there are no nearby public toilets. This includes parks, Park and Rides, and high pedestrian traffic areas.
