Last weekend, a group of GACA volunteers built a pollinator garden in Dalhousie South Park. This has been a plan two years in the making, with funding from the City’s Community Environmental Projects Grant Program (CEPGP), Councillor Menard’s office, and GACA. We are very excited to see it come to fruition!
A big thank-you to Ben, builder extraordinaire, Heidi, our local Butterfly Ranger who was instrumental in sourcing plants, and Leslie, who came out to help plant them. We are now looking for volunteers to help tend the garden, including watering the plants.
