It’s now official – Canci Realty is the new owner of 7 Maclean. The company has built and manages two apartment buildings in our neighbourhood already – 307 Lebreton S. and 385 Bell S. The intent is to extend the four-storey 385 Bell building onto the 7 Maclean lot, providing an additional 26 units.
The plan is still at the conceptual stage, and construction isn’t expected to start until 2025. (Before that point, the project will go through a site planning process, where we will be able to provide feedback on the proposal.) There will be a story in the April Glebe Report that provides more details on the project.
