A six-storey building is proposed on the Bell side (zoning currently allows 4 stories), and a four-storey on Arthur Lane, with a courtyard in between the two buildings. The proposal includes 49 units – 12 studio, 22 one-bedroom and four 2-bedroom, as well as seven above ground parking spaces and 49 bicycle parking spaces. A number of environmental features, such as geothermal heating, are also being proposed.
