In January we learned of a minor variance request from Katasa for 275 Carling, to permit the use of mechanical space on the 17th floor to become interior amenity space – a lounge. After the variance request was denied by the Committee of Adjustment, Katasa is now appealing the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
While all previous feedback was transferred to the OLT, it will not be considered as part of the hearing. Therefore, if you would like your feedback to be considered at the OLT, you must (re)submit it. Anyone can do so by requesting to be a participant (to submit feedback in writing) or a party (to submit feedback orally during the hearing). The hearing will be held on July 5th. The forms must be submitted to the case coordinator, Hanh Dang at Hanh.Dang@ontario.ca at least 10 days before the scheduled hearing – before June 25th, 2022.
