The City is hosting two Open Houses for The Ottawa Hospital (TOH) Connection to Dow’s Lake Station Environmental Assessment Study. The same information will be provided at each Open House; the main difference is that one will be held in person and the other virtually, although there will be a presentation at the virtual one.

The study investigated options for a safe and accessible pedestrian and cycling crossing of Carling Avenue, between Dow’s Lake Station and the parking garage of the TOH New Campus. The City considered both a bridge and a tunnel as options to cross Carling. Information on their findings and recommendations will be available.
