The Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO) is pleased to announce the launching of our new fundraising initiative: Run for a New Start.
We are organizing a dedicated team of volunteer fundraisers to walk or run in the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend, May 28 and 29, in support of OCISO’s work with refugees and immigrants and we’d love you to join us!
There are races for every size, shape and ability: 2km, 5km, 10km, half marathon (21km) and marathon (42km).
The first 100 runners or walkers who commit to raising $100 will receive our cool new “Run for a New Start” Tshirt as a thank you.
Register to fundraise with us and ensure that arriving refugees and immigrants feel welcomed and supported in our city!
